Why it exists
ICOR for Life comes out of myICOR, the learning platform behind the ICOR methodology, and it makes myICOR the first learning platform that ships a real application for implementation during learning: read a concept in the ICOR Journey courses, then watch it run here, on your own life.
It is the tool for life people kept wishing someone would build, minus the nerdy part of building it yourself. A worked example, not a kit: one closed tool that combines everything from ICOR and shows how the concepts and workflows come together in a tool of any kind, using our own as the example. We build it, we ship the updates, you live in it.

ICOR for Life does not open with a wall of integration logos. It recommends five tools, because they are the five the two people behind it use with it every day: Superhuman for email, Todoist and ClickUp for tasks and projects, Google Calendar for events, Wispr Flow for dictation and meeting notes. All of it optional. Connect them and you are not configuring an integrations menu: you are inheriting a working setup.

MCP is how Holista looks things up. When a conversation needs what lives in one of your tools, she reads it there over MCP, the open standard that links AI tools to the services you use, and carries the answer back.
API is how the Planner fills up. It pulls your tasks and events onto the Planner, the page where your day gets planned: a code-run sync, the same result every time.
Wispr Flow carries the context. Dictation across your Mac, and meeting recordings with it: when Holista writes about a meeting, she knows what was actually said.
Nothing connects itself. Onboarding shows the five by name, detects what your Mac already runs, and offers to install what is missing. Every install waits on your yes, and Set up later is a button, not a failure.

Snapshot history is built in: backup generations plus append-only journals, no version-control habit required. Backups are encrypted on your Mac before they leave it, and a backup only counts if restore works.

Your Lifeworld lives on one machine at home; a Mac mini is perfect. Every other device becomes a window onto it over Tailscale, a private network between your own devices that no one else can join. The My Life concept
The Lifeworld represents a life end to end: journal, people, documents, health, finances, projects, tasks. Holista works from that real context, so the distance from information to action gets short.
One line from intention to action. A goal is achieved through projects, a project holds tasks, and the work itself happens in work items backed by real agent sessions. When a piece of work traces to nothing, Holista asks whether something should exist, and "one-off chore" is an allowed answer.

Why ICOR for Life exists
ICOR for Life is a second generation. Its founder spent a decade building automations and years iterating agentic systems, until a working predecessor ran his life every day: an AI team in terminals called myPKA, an orchestrator named Larry launching specialists, everything held in plain files. The My Life concept survived every version; the daily friction did not, and eight lessons became eight built-in answers.

FAQ
An earlier version of this page called the myICOR connection a distant horizon, and before that it was not planned at all. That stance flipped, on purpose: the connection turned out to be the point. ICOR for Life is the tool where the ICOR Journey gets implemented, and the integration described above is ratified and being built. What has not moved: no dates on this page, ever, until something ships.
